Returns and Repairs

Please visit our warranty page to ensure your product is presently under warranty. Sabona guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months, and is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover loss or damage due to normal or excessive wear and tear.

Please send a photo of your damaged product and a description of the issue to info@sabona.com. From there one of our customer service representatives will assist in getting your product repaired or replaced promptly.


Sabona is dedicated to making sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. We are able to accept returns on most of our items, but there are some notable exceptions detailed in the sections below. To exchange or return, customers can contact us directly at info@sabona.com.

Shipping of returns in all cases unrelated to manufacturer defect is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of the repaired or replaced item to the customer will be covered by Sabona.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All Personalized and engraved collegiate items cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a production quality issue. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to personalized orders once they are placed. To ensure your customized bracelet or wristband is right for you before you order, be sure to do the following:

  • For engraved wristbands, find your correct sizing for wristbands by using our sizing guide.

  • For engraved rings, the best way to be fitted for the correct size is by your local professional jeweler.

  • Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. On personalized copper wristbands, please check all spelling, dates, and names carefully.
